Hill, the highest point in the Marin Headlands, has a dramatic bird's eye view
of the Golden Gate Bridge and San Francisco. &amp;nbsp;This site is just a few miles west
of the Golden Gate Bridge on Conzelman Road in Southern Marin County.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;

Engineering is please to announce that we have partnered with Roth/LaMottel Landscape Architecture for the &lt;strong&gt;Hawk
Hill/129 Project&lt;/strong&gt;.&amp;nbsp; The Project includes renovations, restoration and
improvements of the site, including visitor amenities and pedestrian access, as
a part of the Hawk Hill 129 Master Plan. &amp;nbsp;Construction is currently under way. &lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: arial;"&gt;The project consists of an extensive renovation of the existing, three-story residence (13,000 sqft) while keeping the historic fa&amp;ccedil;ade and an addition (4,000 sqft) of a conservatory (to serve as a family room) and stair tower.&amp;nbsp; Additionally the project will include a basement garage, a new pool cabana (1000sqft), swimming pool and landscaping.&lt;br /&gt;
