A new 3,800 square foot two-story residence in Marin County, designed in a classical urban style of architecture, was engineered with green building features including the use of sustainable forested lumber, off-site prefabricated floor and roof framing, prefab walls, reclaimed wood siding and flooring, and high efficiency energy systems integrated into the structure.
