Claremont Country Club
Country Club Renovation, Addition, and New Facilities in Oakland, CA
Three new buildings comprised the improvement project for this historic country club facility. The new Women’s Locker Room Wing attached to the main clubhouse includes new locker rooms, lounges, and club bathrooms. The new Exercise Facility and Dining Terrace is set between the two existing wings of the Historic Main Clubhouse and contains gym facilities on the ground level and an exterior dining terrace on the upper level. The new single-story L-shaped Pool House is architecturally designed with configuration and detailing similar to the historic main clubhouse.
