New Contemporary Residence
This new contemporary two-story house features exposed steel and wood framing, barrel vaulted roof framing with high clerestory windows, custom concrete and steel stairs, and window walls open to the front and rear elevations. We employed concrete retaining walls to set the house into the hill and a structural steel moment frames to achieve the modern window configuration.
